Since 1994, Mt Airy USA has provided pre-purchase and credit repair counseling to more than 3,000 low and moderate-income families seeking to buy their first home. Its counseling efforts are met with great success, with more than 25 percent of these families purchasing a home within two years of completing the counseling program.

As part of its continuing commitment to creating innovative and affordable housing, Mt. Airy USA is currently moving ahead with two projects: the Montana Street Townhomes, that will provide attractive new townhomes on Montana Street ; and The Pelham Condominiums, six uniquely-constructed condominiums in a renovated building on Germantown Avenue .
